Upon receipt of appropriate notification, Qimaoshopping.com will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the alleged infringer of your claim. We will also notify the alleged infringer of the DMCA counter-notification procedure described in Section B below, through which the alleged infringer may respond to your claim and request that we restore the material.
B. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your own copyrighted material has been wrongly removed from the Platform, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated agent (as described above) that includes the following:

C. Repeat Infringement Policy
Subject to the DMCA and other applicable laws, we will, in our sole discretion, ban and/or terminate access to the Platform to users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others. The decision will be based on the number of “attacks” against the user. A “strike” is made against a User whenever a court, arbitrator or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction determines that the User has engaged in any form of copyright infringement related to the Platform.
Subject to the DMCA and other applicable laws, we will, in our sole discretion, ban and/or terminate access to the Platform to users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others. The decision will be based on the number of “attacks” against the user. A “strike” is made against a User whenever a court, arbitrator or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction determines that the User has engaged in any form of copyright infringement related to the Platform.
Each ruling counts as a separate strike. If the award involves multiple cases of copyright infringement, it may count as multiple strikes. Qimaoshopping.com has adopted a “three strikes and you’re out” policy, under which users who accumulate three strikes will be deemed repeat infringers and may have their accounts terminated.
