Enter your coupon code in your shopping cart! The coupon code section is located between the item you listed and checkout!

You can also enter your coupon code when you enter your payment information at checkout! (Please note that you must click to apply the coupon before adding payment)

After checkout is complete, we will not issue a refund for the discount code. However, we recommend that you cancel your order within 24 hours. Order cancellation is free of charge as the item does not leave the warehouse within 24 hours. After cancelling your order, you can purchase again and use the discount code.

We can only process cancellations for items that have not yet been put into production. Please send an email to ([email protected]) with your order details and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
We cannot cancel an order once the print order process has begun.

Please expect a confirmation email after a successful order. You will also receive an update email when your order begins production. After your order has shipped, we will send a third email with your tracking information.
You can get updates about your order via the receipt link provided in our email.
If you do not receive a status update email, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it has been redirected there.

*Currency exchange fees
We use the US PayPal credit card channel to collect payments. If you choose to pay by credit card, currencies other than U.S. dollars may incur an exchange fee, which will be charged by your bank.

Qimaoshopping.com is not responsible for any duties and taxes that apply to your order. All charges levied during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).

You can return an item free of charge within 30 days of receipt, but you will need to make sure the item is eligible for return at the time of return. We do not charge a return fee, but for returns not related to product quality, you will need to pay return shipping costs. We will provide you with a US return address based on your shipping address. The shipping cost to return the goods to us depends on the logistics provider you choose.
