Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund with no processing fees. All returned items must be in the original packaging and kept free from any pet bites or scratches in order to receive a full refund.

Return Service Procedure

Step 3: Send your package to your local post office.
Step 4: After receiving your order from the express delivery package, we will process the replacement or refund to your account in time.

Refund Time:
Within 24 hours from the date we confirm receipt of your return, we will process the refund through PayPal and refund it to the bank card you paid for according to your PayPal payment route. According to our experience, it can be refunded to your payment bank card within 2 days.
