Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund, less shipping charges and no handling fees. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received in order to receive a full refund.

We will replace any defective product within one year from the date of purchase, even after the 30-day period has expired. All damages or defects must be clearly communicated to a customer service representative. After we receive the returned item, verification of the reported problem will be completed by inspection. After our review, you will receive an exchange or merchandise credit.

Return Service Procedure

Return Conditions

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, and if not, you can certainly come back to us within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in unused condition and come with their original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged or altered in any way.
This includes all original packaging and accessories.
Damaged items arrive damaged/broken or distorted.
Incorrect size/color of the product received.
We do not accept returned items that you send back directly to us without first checking with us.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary. will not be held responsible for any misrouted packages due to customer error. Please make sure and double check all information entered during checkout. Orders are processed by within 1-5 business days of purchase. No changes can be applied after that. The customer will then be responsible for re-routing charges.
