Shipping options, rates and arrival times

Note: All items sold in our store are shipped free of charge; and no taxes or fees are charged for the place of issue.

*Covid-19 may cause delays in order delivery, which is beyond our control, so please be patient.
The delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.
We will process your order within 1-5 working days, and you may also experience slight shipping delays due to an influx of orders.
Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you place your order before 12:00 noon on a weekday, we aim to ship the same day.
For faster delivery, please upgrade your shipping method, but please note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

We ship our packages via DHL, UPS, Fedex, USPS or your local post office.
Purchased items will be shipped from China

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will contain a tracking number and link so you can track your package.

Out of stock items
If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to discuss a solution. We are unable to return out-of-stock items.
