Note: Our top products are all sent from warehouses in China. The price of all products in our store includes shipping costs, and no additional shipping costs are charged.
Scope of transportation
We currently provide service to the continental United States only. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, international shipping has been severely restricted and we have decided to temporarily suspend our global service in order to maintain the integrity of our overall service.
Rates: You don’t pay any rates for shipping. Shipping is free on all our orders!

- We will process your order within 1-3 working days.
- Just Shipping time arrives within 5-15 working days.
- Orders are only shipped on working days: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- If you place an order before 18:00 noon on a weekday, we aim to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 PM on the same day will be packaged and shipped the next day.
We collect the package by USPS in the United States.【Please note: We do not sell to Russia and its domestic markets.】
How do we solve the problem of lost goods?
We are not responsible for products lost in transit, but we can help you contact the logistics company. You can first tell us the problem you encountered by phone or contact us by email, we will arrange someone to help you query and solve the problem with you.
When your order ships from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link so you can track your package.
*Customs, duties and taxes
Qimaoshopping.com is not responsible for any duties and taxes applicable to the place where your order is received. After the product has been dispatched, all customs duties charged after the product has been shipped offshore are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).

What if the order takes too long to process?
Assuming the order takes longer than 15 business days to process, unless otherwise stated, we have 2 ways to handle the situation, either we simply refund the order and not ship it, or we arrange for it to be shipped and re-issue the $6 off coupon.
What if the shipping time is too long?
If the shipping time is longer than 60 business days, please make sure your receiving information is complete. If the receiving information is incorrect, it is your responsibility. If you filled out the information correctly, you can contact our customer service and choose to resend or get a refund.
For shipping you need:
- Please make sure all delivery information is correct. If the information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you to update your shipping information, which may cause delays in the delivery of your order. Customs clearance can also cause delays.
- If the local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, this may delay the estimated delivery time.
- Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service so that you can receive your package by regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notification card telling you how and where to pick up your package.
